ITIL has evolved from the current version to ITIL 4 by re-shaping much of the established ITSM practices in the wider context of customer experience, embracing new collaborative approches, such as Lean, Agile, and DevOps.

ItSMF Switzerland organizes in partnership with ITECOR and CeRFI a presentation of ITIL 4 novelties and its training plan, in Lausanne (20th June, 2019) and in Geneva (25th June, 2019), around a breakfast.

ITIL est un ensemble de bonnes pratiques largement adoptées pour une gestion réussie des services informatiques.

ITIL a évolué de la version actuelle à ITIL 4 en réformant une grande partie des pratiques ITSM établies dans le contexte plus large de l’expérience client, en adoptant de nouvelles approches collaboratives, telles que Lean, Agile et DevOps.

L’itSMF Switzerland organise, en partenariat avec ITECOR et CeRFI, une présentation des nouveautés ITIL 4 et de son plan de formation, à Lausanne (le 20 juin 2019) et à Genève (le 25 juin 2019), autour d’un petit-déjeuner.
