The IT Service Management Forum Switzerland (itSMF) together with HP Software & Solutions Switzerland is happy to invite you to a joint event at October 14th in Zürich Dübendorf. HP Switzerland as one of the 4 global members of itSMF International is our hosting partner for this event.
 
The following subjects are in scope:
·         IT Service Portfolio Management
·         Service Knowledge Management System (SKMS)
It is a pleasure that we could engage speakers from two well known global organisations who will present their experiences in implementing this topics.
 
Mr. Patrick Schärer is responsible for "IT Service Portfolio Management & Billing" at Credit Suisse. In this function he is also the program manager for an global initiative with the same name. He will talk about the conceptual background and the implementation experience at Credit Suisse.
 
Mr. Meinrad Hodel is the Service Manager of Holcim Group Support. He implemented IT Service Management during the last years in the head office of Holcim. To support management decisions a management information system was established which reflects the most important attributes of a ITIL Service Knowledge Management System.
 
itSMF Switzerland would be happy to welcome you to this event at October 14th at HP Switzerland in Dübendorf. This presentation is at no charge and open also for people of companies which are not member of itSMF Switzerland.
