Exploitation des Services (Service Operation) est désormais disponible en deux versions françaises - livre (ISBN 9780113311477) ou PDF (ISBN 9780113311484). C'est ainsi le second livre ITIL V3 traduit après celui traduisant "Introduction to the ITIL Service Lifecycle".
