English below       Auteur ayant contribué à chacune des trois versions d'ITIL, Colin Rudd FISM, membre du comité d'itSMF International et un des auteurs du schéma de certification et de qualification d'itSMF pour la norme ISO/IEC 20000 présentera une discussion sur le thème:   ITIL V3 - Une approche pratique, avec exemples    Rosemary Gurney est la présidente de l'IQC ainsi qu'un des auteurs principaux des examens de certification d'APMG pour ITIL ver. 3. Elle présentera :   Les nouveautés et les changements des examens ITIL ver. 3, y compris le niveau intermédiaire et le MALC   Fondateur d'itSMF Hong Kong, H. P. Suen CISA CSTE certifié ITIL3 Manager était responsable de la production pendant 11 ans avant de devenir responsable de l'assurance des systèmes de la division informatique du Jockey Club de Hong Kong.
